Pasquale F. Maiorino

Pat was admitted to the Bar in 1973. He joined the law firm of Platz & Thompson, f/k/a Platz & Day, in Lewiston, Maine, where his practice focused on corporate, real estate, commercial and banking law. Pat left the private practice of law in 1993 to pursue other interests in investment banking and real estate development. He is currently a principal in Bates Mill LLC which has entered into a joint development agreement with the city of Lewiston to develop the Bates Mill. He is also a consultant and developer affiliated with Platz Associates in the development of commercial projects in central and southern Maine. Pat joined Trafton & Matzen in 1997 where he is of counsel.


Pat’s professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, Maine State Bar Association and Androscoggin County Bar Association.


Over the years Pat has been very involved in his community, serving as a member and/or director on various boards. His current community involvement includes: Director, University of Maine Alumni Association; Director, Androscoggin Savings Bank; Director, University of Maine School of Law Foundation; Chairman, The Woodlands House Committee; and Chairman, Androscoggin Savings Bank Audit Committee.


Pat and his wife, Donna, reside in Falmouth, Maine. He has an adult child.
